A SUPERHEROES FILM with a difference. The leader of this merry band is Bazil who, with the support of the likes of Elastic Girl (a contortionist who sleeps in the fridge), decides to bring to book the arms manufacturers responsible for his father’s death. So, from their secret base in a Paris rubbish dump, they devise a plan to steal the chief villain’s prized collection of celebrity body parts. MICMACS is a dazzling display of cinematic invention and comic genius done with flair, pace and great technical skill – as one would expect from the director of Amelie and A Very Long Engagement.
